What is movement?

Movement is not only walking, running, training, dancing and the like. Movements include chewing, breathing, sleeping, swallowing, washing, getting in and out of the car, standing up, sitting down, putting on and taking off shoes, working at the computer… The movement is all day, every day.

Thinking in this way, we can see if we are performing it properly and with quality?

If you frequently experience recurring problems (such as back pain, neck and shoulder pain, or pain in your legs and arms), it’s possible that you are performing some of your daily activities in a manner that doesn’t suit your body. Perhaps you are overusing certain muscles while underutilizing others.

Incorrect movements can be corrected.

Thanks to the anatomy and physiology of our body and the central nervous system, by correcting irregular actions, movements, and body postures, and by performing proper exercises, many things can be changed and brought into balance.
